Dukkah is a fragrant Egyptian blend of roasted nuts and spices. Ours start with a base of high country walnuts, grown down in the valleys. These are gently toasted to bring out their natural sweetness. They are then ground with a range of exotic spices and a little dose of saffron magic is added.
Perfect on a cheese board with fresh apple or pear as a palate cleanser or used more traditionally with oil and bread, on meat or vegetables prior to roasting.

Once you receive your dukkha, please keep refrigerated to ensure a longer shelf life.
