Pickled Cherries with Saffron


A sweet sour pickle flavoured with saffron, cloves and orange. Using the freshest Victorian High Country cherries and Japanese rice vinegars, the cherries are in the pickle liquid within 6 hours of coming off the tree, this ensures we lock in all that vibrant fresh cherry taste.
Aged for 3 months to create a harmonious pickle. They are perfect with rich meats like pork and duck, added as a counter point to cheese platters, or used to take your gin and bourbon cocktails to the next level.

Ingredients: Australian Cherries, Sugar, Vinegar, Spices.
