AGAVE Blanco is our unique expression of a 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave (tequilana) spirit. Our fermentation combines an isolated yeast strain sourced from tequila and mezcal production in Mexico with the subtle influence of local wild yeasts as we open ferment at the foothills of the Macedon Ranges.
