How we make our Non Alcoholic Sparkling Apple Juice

Our cider and apple juice making belief is that good fruit should be treated gently and with minimal intervention. This Non Alcoholic Sparkling Apple Juice is made from a blend of Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples which are milled and gently basket pressed.

The juice is then allowed to settle for two days and gently racked prior to light carbonation and cold bottling. Our Harcourt Non Alcoholic Sparkling Apple Juice is preservative free and made from 100% Central Victorian grown apples.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: This Sparkling Apple Juice has a vibrant and pristine pale golden straw colour.
Aroma: This Sparkling Apple Juice has aromas of freshly picked apples.
Palate:  This Sparkling Apple Juice has a purity of apple flavour and is not overly carbonated which makes the juice full flavoured yet refreshing.
